Before starting Tucson Supreme Clean, I spent years as a wildland firefighter in Northern California. In the fire service, I learned a truth that stuck with me long after I left the mountains: a clean kitchen isn't just a clean kitchen. It’s a signal. Whether it was the station, our engines, or the helicopter, cleanliness was our way of showing that order and respect mattered. It was a message to anyone who walked through our doors that they would be treated well and that they were in good hands. A spotless piece of equipment or a perfectly organized station wasn't just about looking good. It proved how seriously we took our jobs and the people we served. People subconsciously pick up on that level of care, and they instinctively trust it.

When I traded the fireline for the sunshine of Tucson, I realized that homeowners are looking for that exact same signal. Walking into a truly clean house isn't just about checking chores off a list. It's about the deep sigh of relief that comes from knowing your space is respected and in total order.I watched too many home service companies treat cleaning like a race against the clock, overpromising and underdelivering. I knew it was time to build something different. Tucson Supreme Clean was rooted in the exact values I lived by in the firehouse. We don't just move dirt around; we restore order, respect your home, and deliver a standard of clean that you can actually feel the second you walk through the door.

I’m Andrew, the owner of Tucson Supreme Clean, and I knew from day one that a company is only as good as the people representing it.
The cleaning industry has a notorious problem with sky-high employee turnover. Companies churn through staff, which means clients constantly have a revolving door of strangers in their homes. I wanted to build something completely different. I knew that to deliver that high-level standard of care, I had to build a team that actually wanted to be here.
Every single cleaner on our crew is fully background-checked, personally interviewed by me, and comes to us with years of professional cleaning experience. But finding great people is only half the equation. Keeping them is what matters.
Our philosophy is simple: if we take exceptional care of our team, they will take exceptional care of you. We treat our cleaners with respect, pay well above minimum wage, and offer direct financial incentives for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
By investing in our team, we’ve created a phenomenal work environment. But the real winner is you. Because our turnover is so low, our clients aren't just getting a premium clean. They are getting consistency. They love seeing the same familiar faces, building trust, and actually getting to know the professionals caring for their home.
